Ilir Zherka, Executive Director of Alliance for International Exchange, recently paid a visit to CHI staff members in San Rafael, CA. Ilir, CHI Co-Founder Tom Areton, and CHI managers from each department discussed the current climate of exchange programs and other issues in a lively town hall meeting that took place at the Museum of International Propaganda.
