This summer 20-year old Ekei Eyo participated in CHI’s English Conversation Volunteers Abroad (ECVA) program. Ekei, a Clemson University college student from South Carolina, spent 1-month in Nancy, France living with her host sister who was just a few years older than her.
Ekei and her host sister had a wonderful time together and in addition to teaching English, Ekei was able to greatly improve her French. Ekei joined her host sister on holiday so they could continue their English practice and spend more time together. This ended up being a wonderful experience for both young women.
